Wall flags in a simulation #66

For the 3D wall it is possible to provide flags for wall elements e.g. to separate divertor in post-processing. So far these have not been used in the actual simulation but this will change with BMC, where flag indicates the elements of interest.

This issue implements:

Reading wall flags from HDF5
Function to return flag of a given element
Flags for the 2D wall as well
