I am unable to replicate this. Could you share your permissions setup?

Sure, unistalled the extension but now reinstalled for you. Still confirm user cannot see alert and be not notified.

User not and no notification. Last one was october of 2020 before Beta 15 SharedScreenshot 1

Sorry, but I'm still unable to replicate this, even for suspended users.
