Implement Markdown Formatter #38

Hello,

I just stumbled on this repo in search of an easy formatter for bibtex. It is exactly what I needed, so thank you very much! I am currently using it for a markdown based site, where i want to insert citations. It would be amazing if bibtex-converter supported markdown. It would probably be pretty similar to the text formatter, but just insert * around parts that are cursive in other formatters.

@Tiim, you could run the HTML through an HTML-to-Markdown converter. Many exist.
