Fix sketchybar & waybar icons

Problem: Waybar shows "color" icons for its apps. Try to manually replace the icons with custom ones, or apply a grayscale and a shade hue filter somehow to all icons. Enable macOS sketchybar menubar aliases for native macOS menubar popup functionality not available out of the box on my sketchybar config
