Steps to reproduce: Report -> Treatment Reduction Report -> Monthly -> Select June 2022 -> Select Practitioner (Within Clinic) -> Select All Practitioners -> View Excel Report (Details)

Result: Report generation task scheduled, however it immediately fails when view in download status in Others section
