ARE: Use class ResourceRegistry in ARE middleware and existing plugins

The class ResourceRegistry helps in creating URIs for resources that are needed by ARE middleware or plugings. The class knows about the locations of

• model files
• data files
• plugin jars,
• ...

and therefore can simply map a required relative resource key to an absolute resource URI. As soon as all code uses this class, we can

• define new mapping strategies (e.g.) keyboard files of the cellboard plugin which are stored in the models folder
• unifiy resource paths and ensure to have platform independent paths by slashifying a path (backslash to slash)
• fetch some resources e.g. images from https URLs or generally from a web repository
