Misattribution of GW170817 photometry in Shappee et al. 2017 to Drout et al. 2017 #2

Synthetic photometry originally presented in Shappee 2017 (and later presented by Drout) was originally attributed to Drout on the 170817 entry. The incorrect attribution was present on kilonova.space for a few months. Additionally, some of the synthetic photometry (35 points) presented in Shappee was missing from the catalog.
