Add specreduce to conda-forge #184

We should add a specreduce recipe to conda-forge

Did this happen? Since specreduce is now Coordinated, is @mwcraig able to help?

At the very least, yourself and @mwcraig . Others on Team page (Tim Pickering, Erik Tollerud, Kyle Conroy, Clare Shanahan) can be added if they can commit to the task and comfortable with conda-forge recipe maintenance.

I've submitted a PR to the conda-forge staged-recipes repository with the specreduce recipe (https://github.com/conda-forge/staged-recipes/pull/28283). However, I won’t request the PR be merged until we confirm who is interested in maintaining the recipe. At the moment, I've included myself and @mwcraig.

@mwcraig, could you comment on the PR if you're okay with being a maintainer?

Thanks, @mwcraig! The PR is merged, and specreduce should be available from conda-forge later today. If anyone shows interest, we can add more maintainers later.
