CAL inside a MAP not processed #17

There are some data (e.g. 92626) that have not only a CAL preceding it, but also a CAL inside the MAP. The current software appears to ignore them.

Added a otf_cal=1 to lmtoy_reduce, this will enable the --use_otf_cal flag for the process step. A small "feature" was fixed to each Map now used the most recent Cal that is embedded. Consider it fixed. Parallel sleuthing by MikeH and PeterT

The radiometer.rms map doesn't make good use of multiple Tsys if present. It just uses the first (ical=0)

If there are data with no embedded CAL's, the current pipeline fails. So we need to re-open this issue,
