Tsys plot (specviews.6) is scaled wrong when a pixel has been masked #25

view_spec_file.py in the SL pipeline will not show the Tsys scaled correctly when a pixel has been masked. Other similar plots (specviews.5 for example) are ok. The bad scaling is always -0.05 to 0.05
