[Bug]: Confirm tag selection after creating new tag #349

What happened?

Open a document to asign a tag. New tag created. The checkmark on top rogh corner is not working to confirm tag selection. Workaround: Cancel document ediiting, re-enter ediiting, select previously created Tag, save selection with the checkmark on top right corner.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Open a document to asign a tag.
  2. New tag created.
  3. The checkmark on top rogh corner is not working to confirm tag selection.
