Can't bulk move activities that are in a child section #27

Using one topic course format that has activities in child sections. Activities in child sections can't be selected for moving to another section

I can confirm this happens still in Moodle 3.7 with OneTopic format We have to change to Topics format to do what we need. The unfortunate part is when changing back to OneTopic, all the sub-topics get reset back to main topics.
