Try deleting the cache folder inside the Simple Mod Framework folder.

Just did it now, shows the same exact error. With all of the same mods downloaded.

It worked previously without the More Blood, DFlockpick, & Reusable Poisons prior to the update to SMF, then when I downloaded those and tried applying, it hasn't worked since. Even when I got rid of those three mods.

You could try reverting to the earlier version of SMF by going to the Releases page in this repo. If you find a version that does work, that would help narrow down the problem a lot.
