Optional setting, list headers in LongServiceOutput and in log messages for debugging purposes.

Perhaps select headers instead of all headers?

--response-header (--rh)
--all-response-headers (--arh)

Examples of asking plugin to emit/log a single header:

--response-header X-Powered-By
--response-header Foreman_version
--response-header Foreman_api_version

Example of CSV list of headers that should be logged/emitted:

--response-header X-Powered-By,Foreman_version,Foreman_api_version
