The bug occurs without having Optifine or Optifabric installed? (Optifine bugs won't be fixed)

Description of the issue

when i launch mc the cursor size is very very small and i have no idea how to change it

Excepted behavior

the cursor not to be nearly as small as a pixel (overexaggeration)
