Can you please place the HTML help file somewhere where people can access it.

Also, I can not get code folding to work on version 3.4. Any help on how it is supposed to work would be really usefull.

Verified the code folding issue is with Version 3.4 on Sierra 10.12.6. Works on Mac OS 10.9.5.
