The ESPHome documentation suggests changing the framework to esp-idf instead of arduino if wanting to use the Bluetooth Proxy... https://esphome.io/components/bluetooth_proxy.html
That requires flashing over serial which is kinda hard to do on the v3 smart plug..... Any thoughts on how this could be done?
