Multiple Background Tips in Settings Tree View #6

When browsing settings, the tree view displays multiple items for 'Background Tips'.

Thanks for creating an issue for this, @themccallister! :zap: I'm wondering if you can reproduce this reliably and let us know what actions lead to duplicate entries being shown?

Also, I'm wondering if this is related to this issue which we recently fixed: https://github.com/atom/settings-view/pull/79

I think you are right @izuzak, this is a duplicate of that settings-view bug and should be fixed in the latest 0.73.0 release.
