Disable "soft wrap at preferred line length" checkbox when soft wrap is unchecked #266

Under editor settings, checking/unchecking "soft wrap at preferred line length" seems to have no effect when soft wrap isn't also checked.

It would be less momentarily confusing if "at preferred line length" was a sub-option of soft wrap, enabled only when soft wrap is checked.

I'm on Windows 7 with Atom 0.138.0.
