The minimal "proof of contribution" system that AtomOne (in the very least GovNo) needs, is to keep a file CONTRIBUTIONS.md whereby significant contributions (or a file containing links to discussions, docouments, and pull requests of whitelisted TLDs including github.com and gitlab.com only for now).
In there the format will be exactly the following:
Introduction
any short introduction
Contributions
Year 2023-2024

hrs: generally how many hours, maximum 24 hrs per contribution except for exceptions.
