esp32 camera demo over noports #188

Build a custom noports client on an esp32 which can dial home to somewhere / something using noports, and then stream it's attached camera feed over the connection.

This would require a rebuild / repurpose of bits from sshnpd / srv into a single flashable program for the esp32.

Colin wanted us to finish the demo.

Demo timeline wasn't going to be feasible due to some blockers, the demo is still happening but we no longer have any particular target date.
