Add untracked source dependencies #27

These appear to be necessary to use the workspace on the robot. Some are source builds because RoboStack doesn't release binaries, others are just unreleased packages. Drops ur_msgs as there's now a binary release.

Tracking these ensures people don't go looking for binaries that don't exist.
