tag a release #206

It would be useful for OS packagers to have a release tag that corresponds to a version number. Currently I see that the version is set to v0.9.0.0. Could you create some sort of a tag please?

OpenCorsairLink is in pre-relelase (AKA alpha) status and thus there are no releases yet.
