Synchronising with Tracks deletes most/all Shuffle actions #292

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create some items on Shuffle
2. Create an empty Tracks install
3. Synchronise Shuffle to your Tracks install

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Items from Shuffle should be uploaded to Tracks.
However, instead this just seems to delete all the items from Shuffle, i.e. 
data loss.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Shuffle v2.0.1

This is a restating of issue 193 
(https://code.google.com/p/android-shuffle/issues/detail?id=193) but that makes 
it seem like this is a one-way sync issue rather than a data loss issue.  :-(
