Fatal error: Call to a member function isEnabled() on a non-object

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. The Gantry Framework

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Tha expected output is my page. I see a blank page instead or this error when I 
use an error checker.

Fatal error: Call to a member function isEnabled() on a non-object in 
/var/www/vhosts/cuthere.gr/httpdocs/components/com_gantry/core/gantry.class.php 
on line 330

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I use Gantry v3.0.11 on a Joomla 1.5.20

Please provide any additional information below.
All other templates work expect the quasar_gantry template from rocketheme!

ps. The site was working perfectly on local host(PC)
I get this error after uploading it to the server!

Just uninstall the template and then reinstall it (when the site is on server)

Perhaps it is something that happens after migrating from local to server.

unfortunetly this issue keeps showing up.. yes deleting the cache folder works 
temporarily, but within a day on my high-traffic site I see the fatal error 
again.. I need this issue resolved.. so that it is not occurring every other 
day... can someone help me to figure out how to RESOLVE the issue.. not just 
clean the cache file that is the byproduct of the issue itself?
