Graphical errors for grid sizes below 15x15 #3

The columns become weirdly spaced when the user changes the grid size to anything less than 15x15

A "sticky" option on the main grid frame was causing it to stick to the edges of the window. The window had a minimum size, so the grid frame would start to act weird at smaller sizes.

The window now has a smaller minimum size (achieved by removing the info bar at the bottom of the window -- it was ugly and didn't do much good). Additionally, the sticky option has been removed from the Frame widget.
