Ctrl+C and Ctrl+X - Copy/Cut Entire Line if No Selection #483

A very useful time saving feature found in many text editors is that if you 
push "Ctrl+C" or "Ctrl+X" (copy or cut actions) with nothing selected - then 
they will apply the action on the entire line.

It is very handy for moving around lines of text.
