[SDK-2298] Update Sample applications #40

This PR updates the examples to work with the latest versions where appropriate:

Use the latest Auth0 SDKs
Use the latest Xamarin Forms
Build using a more recent Android version
Remove the Xamarin UWP example for now. If needed we can also retrieve it back from history.
Update supported Android versions to be up to date
Dropped unused dependencies where possible
