Add a report section including information about heterogeneity measures that we are already calculating in irace. Also, it would be nice to find a good way to plot such information.

What needs to happen to do this:

[ ] Document and export the functions in irace.
[ ] Use them for the testing data (which is always complete without missing values)
[ ] Modify the functions to handle missing values
[ ] Use them for the experiments matrix (which has missing values)
