Add support for multiple columns #1

We currently only support rendering of the first column in the Nucleo matcher; the remaining columns are silently dropped (but still internally used for matching). Work out a good way to support multi-column rendering, etc.

Have decided to not implement this for the time being, but leaving this open in any case.
