Add tuple type, can read/set array, others changes

• add file for doc
• add new variable type: tuple. Use it to create combobox to have clickable list in GUI. format is Tuple[List[str], int] with int the index of item in list. See example in driver dummy.
• Can now set and read arrays
• Change action unit filename to open-file and save-file to have both options instead of just opening
• Now display Device instead of Module in control panel (only for Devices, a module remains Module)
• Add white part to some icons
• Replace savetxt to pandas.to_csv for better type handling
• fixe wrong monitor for 0D array
• can now see drivers downloading progression if packages requests and tqdm are installed (may be added to requirements in future)
