Travis Support #24

Adding in support so specs are run on Travis. It's all running properly, but JRuby is throwing some errors. I haven't had a chance to investigate but thought you'd like to have the Travis stuff as a starting point :)

Also fixed some issues with versioning (use RSpec 2.99 instead of 3.0, etc)

thanks again. this was very much a hobby, but Ruby about to become my day job so I hope to be able to spend bit more time on this going fwd

Ruby is my day job and I'm going to be most likely using this gem for part of it so I'll be definitely contributing at least a few fixes :)
