Creation of the requirements for simulators to support Cargo-ODD Discussion about the requirements : link

Purpose

To create a document with requirements for the simulators. Any simulator after implementing all the requirements can be considered as Autoware-compatible

Definition of Done

[ ] Created Wiki page with the requirement
