Composer setup #7

Please provide a composer.json file so we can integrate it into frameworks that utilize Composer to manage PHP libs: https://getcomposer.org/doc/02-libraries.md#publishing-to-a-vcs

Take a look at the latest version and let me know if that works for you - I tried to get the included autoloader to work, but wasn't able to get it to recognize the files. Feel free to give feedback!
