Performance testing with Fedora 6 on the staging server. #5979 covers regression testing against the development branch.

What actions do we want to test for this performance review?

[ ] Performance testing with a release candidate on staging instance
[ ] Determine test cases for create, edit, and other Fedora-heavy actions
[ ] Create spreadsheet for documenting load times to compare
[ ] Compare performance of staging instance using a Fedora 6 staging server against current production environment
