SMB, sync option for download #109

If the SMB protocol is integrated into photoOS, an additional sync option would be good, with which the download of images can be switched on and off. If the image source is in the local network, the images do not need to be copied to the Raspi. This saves storage space.

Good idea. However, development slowed done on my side. Hopefully I'll find more time during winter.
