Unable to access any addon functionality at all #14

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Log into WoW 
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I see no evidence of accountant in Titan panel nor the "interface>addons" tab. 
ACP and the blizzard addon window at the character selection screen clearly 
show Accountant 4.06.50005 is loaded but I have no way to obvious way to 
interact with it.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Accountant 4.06.50005, Win 7

Please provide any additional information below.
the only indication that i got outside of ACP(addon control panel) that Account 
was actually attempting to work was when this error popped up when I opened the 
AH via Swatter.

the third screenshot show the General menu for Titan Panel but if i recall 
correctly it might have been under "informatiom" but that is empty

Accountant 4.06.50005 doesn't work for me either and gives multiple similar 
error messages.

Rolling back to Accountant 4.05.50001 solved the problem instantly.

Same issue here, not showing up anywhere except addons menu in login screen. No 
ability to access the addon at all within game. Rolled back to 4.05.50001 and 
errors have disappeared and addon is now working.
