There are some changes to the READ_BUDGET screen, as illustrated in Issue #5. These have to be implemented in the player app.

As the savings/debts at the start of the round were missing, the spendable income could not be understood:

120k - 65k is clearly not 105k. But when the 50 k savings are added, the sum becomes much more clear!
