Add click-to-download for rutracker, pornolab and lostfilm #8

Click-to-download is both firefox plugin and webserver module that parse and add to rtorrent file from specific torrent tracker. Currently I have it working for tracker.0day.kiev.ua. In this issue I want it for rutracker, pornolab and lostfilm. So I have to implement both firefox plugin and webserver module to complete this issue
