CK Metabase Reports: Difference in Data between "Vaccination Due - Linelist Report Only" and "Immunization Due List" #261

[ ] CK Reports are on Metabase

Issues:

[ ] Below are the differences found in the Vaccination Due - Linelist Report Only (date range August 1st 2024 to September 23rd 2024) and Immunization Due List

Some children which are showing in the Vaccination Due - Linelist Report are missing in Immunization Due List report - Those names are highlighted in Red
For some children Vaccination details are not matching in both the reports - highlighted in Green
Not highlighted are matching in both the reports

I have put both these reports in this google sheet and have highlighted the issues as mentioned above

Steps to Reproduce:

On Metabase, Go to CK Reports
Under CK, select Immunization Due List and Download this Report
Now goto Vaccination Reports under CK Dashboard 2024
Select report Vaccination Due - Linelist Report Only and set Date Range August 1st 2024 to 23rd September 2024 Download this report also
