Remove "empty recycle bin" #14

This is beyond the scope of WDS and should be removed in some future version.

Two things:

  1. "Make each program do one thing well."
  2. "Worse is better"

There's actually quite a bit of code - for such a simple feature - involved in emptying/updating the recycle bin. Totally outside the scope of WDS.
