This PR reflects that the URL for each latest version of the various specs in freedesktop.org have changed including the relevant links paths.
Please note that in 1fc7e33444ab34eedbebd2c8b1c395314a340675 the notifications' exit reasons seem to have changed in freedesktop notification spec and may warrant a change in the documented explanations in the lines below and maybe elsewhere too.
