Update submodule to fix linux basion deployment #40

Update submodule to the latest commit to fix linux bastion deployment. Tested in IAD and deployment succeeded.

I got an error while deploying the template from AWS official partner site page where the bastion didn't deploy and cloudformation error read it as : ec2 didn't receive signal. Did you receive the same error ? I will try using your branch too for deploying if this works

Any other help would be appreciated too
