Spawning actors, patients and beds #15

Hi! The hospital is an awesome environment, thanks a lot for sharing! I noticed that this repo only hosts the bare hospital but on the images there are people (doctors, nurses, patients, ...). Where are they from and how do I spawn them into the hospital?

I made the mistake of building with catkin instead of colcon, I just rebuild the ros packages with colon on my other machine and I now have the beds and people.
