Adding a side loading solution in "tools/sideloading".

@mwunderl , thank you for your review & feedback to README.

I am applying them to the contents.

About the permission of cert files, 400 doesn't work because PEM files are owned by "nobody" not "root" for some reason. I can explain this more in detail offline.
