Description of changes:

Remove followings:
- Aurora Serverless
- VPC (no longer needed)
- Related documents

What is the advantage of using KnowledgeBase vs pgvector? We are reluctant of upgrading to using KB since we have quite a lot of data on pgvetor but I'd like to see why this project is heading towards that route, if the advantages are big enough, we can follow.
