fix: Add light background to content localization architecture diagram #420

The ContentLocalizationArchitectureOverview.png diagram previously had a transparent background, which made the dark text illegible when viewed against dark backgrounds. This update adds a white background to ensure the architecture diagram and text remain clearly visible regardless of the viewing context.

Thanks for your contribution. Unfortunately we aren't able to merge pull requests here. However, we will take this feedback and implement it in the next release.
