Description of changes: just built this on a new system using uclibc, I needed signal.h to have access to signal, SIGPIPE, SIG_IGN, on this line: https://github.com/aws/aws-iot-device-sdk-cpp/blob/master/network/OpenSSL/OpenSSLConnection.cpp#L174
