Error computing completion proposals, unexpected node structure #223

Environment

Fresh install of Eclipse IDE for Java Developers on Ubuntu Focal.

eclipse.buildId=4.18.0.I20201202-1800
java.version=15.0.1
java.vendor=Oracle Corporation
BootLoader constants: OS=linux, ARCH=x86_64, WS=gtk, NL=en
Framework arguments:  -product org.eclipse.epp.package.java.product
Command-line arguments:  -os linux -ws gtk -arch x86_64 -product org.eclipse.epp.package.java.product

Background

When I type in a code where the IDE would typically come up it completion proposals, such as between " ", I get this error instead of seeing a list of possible parameters to type in.
