What would you like to be added:

Storage Driver, volume Snapshot for EKSA is not documented in EKS-A documentation for vSphere, Baremetal. We have had OpenEbs with cStor CSI working for volumes, snapshotting and code is in our Conformance Repo - https://github.com/aws-samples/eks-anywhere-addons/pull/43. We can help in updating the EKS-A documentation as well if needed.

Why is this needed:

We needs this to show prescriptive guidance to customers on how to use storage drive, snapshotting, volume for BareMetal and vSphere deployment models.

Additionally, lack of snapshotting support in some cases prevents customers from applying backup solutions to their EKS-A installations, since some of them rely on volume snapshotting to be configured at the cluster level.
